On the afternoon following the signing of the Japanese Peace Treaty a Security Treaty was signed. Secy of State, Acheson, made the opening address. The American delegation includes, besides Mr. Acheson, John Foster Dulles, Senator John J. Sparkman, Senator Alexander Wiley, and others. The Japanese delegation is headed by Shigeru Yoshida, Premier of Japan. The men actually seen signing are as follows: Dean Acheson, unidentified Americans, Premier Yoshida.
